Aenon has secured pledges for 30% of the construction costs and needs a futher 70% or US$750,000 to reach full funding for the entire project.
Aenon has been established for 9 years and has a credible track record. Donations sought are for investment in land and buildings.
Donors will have the security of a return ( in part or in full ) of their donation upon liquidation of the property in the unlikely event that the project should fail. The property will be sold and the monies will be returned proportionately to the donors – read “Arrangements to secure your donation”.
A dedicated Seventh-day Adventist couple have undertaken to match, dollar for dollar up to US$200,000 of donations received for construction of the new Aenon in the period of 12 months commencing November 2008.
